We guess Kelvyn Bwoy has harboured bitterness since he lost the New Artist of the Year to Wendy Shay at the 2019 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards and the embarrassment he subjected her to during the recent Peace Conference says it all.
Granting a new interview on Accra FM, theLai Lai hitmaker went hard in on the Uber Driver, saying she is the one who needs awards and hit songs to trend and not him.
Although Kelvyn Bwoy had previously said what happened at the Peace Conference was unintentionally and wasn’t premeditated, his actions now points to the opposite direction.

BACKGROUND

During the recent Peace Conference, a programme designed by Nana Aba Anamoah and Dr. Kofi Abban to bring a lasting solution to the unending fracas between Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale, Nana Aba Anamoah called for a group photo between the two and other team members involved in the peace process.
Hence Bullet and Wendy Shay joined Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, and Blakk Cedi to take the memorable photo. But the process was interrupted when Nana Aba Anamoah called for Kelvin Boy to join the crew for the photoshoot and as courtesy demand, Kelvin has to greet his ‘seniors’ before taking his position.
He started off with Bullet, and when he got to the turn of Wendy Shay, the Afro-Pop musician ‘wickedly’ snubbed the Uber Driver hitmaker who had outreached her arms and was waiting for Kelvin’s embrace.
Kelvin later proceeded to greet Shatta Wale before moving to Stonebwoy and Blakk Cedi, leaving Wendy Shay so embarrassed.
